Per person, per day. Flat, regardless of trade, region or how long the booking runs. It moves only under a sole supply agreement with an agreed volume matrix.
Nothing after that
No percentage uplift, no premium for skilled trades, and no quiet increase when the pay rate goes up.

Questions we get asked
How is the day rate made up?
Two numbers and nothing else. The pay rate you agree for the operative, and £25 for us. You see both before anybody starts, and neither moves afterwards. A day rate covers 9 worked hours.
How long is a day?
9 worked hours. That applies to every day rate we quote. Where a site runs longer or shorter shifts, say so when you place the order and we will price it against the hours you actually need rather than assuming.
Does the margin change if we book a lot of people?
Not on standard terms. The hundredth operative costs the same as the first, because there is no padding in £25 to give back. It can step down under an exclusivity or sole supply agreement, where we agree a volume matrix in writing and both sides commit to something. That is a negotiated arrangement, not a discount for asking.
Can we set the pay rate ourselves?
Yes, and plenty of clients do. If you would rather we advised, we will tell you what the role and the area are actually paying and let you decide from there. Either way the decision, and the effect it has on who applies, stays with you.
What if we need somebody for one day?
That is fine. Book by the day, the week or the length of the programme. The rate works the same way whichever it is.
Do you check cards before they arrive?
Yes. Cards and tickets are verified and right to work is confirmed before anybody travels, and you get names in advance rather than a surprise at the gate.
Need people on site?
Trade, headcount, location and start date is enough to get a rate back from us.
