What you get from us
You know the rate before you travel
Not when you arrive, and not after the first week. If we cannot tell you what a job pays, we are not asking you to take it.
You know what the job actually is
The trade, the site, the hours and who you are reporting to. Turning up to find the work is nothing like the description wastes your day as much as ours.
We do not push your rate down
Our margin is fixed at £25 a day whatever you earn, so we have nothing to gain from talking a client into paying you less.
Payroll stays in the family
You are paid by Tempeo Pay, our own sister company, not handed to an outfit you have never heard of. If something looks wrong on your payslip you are talking to people we own rather than people we hired.
Register for work
Registration happens in our candidate portal, so your details land straight with the consultants rather than sitting in an inbox.
You will need your trade, the cards you hold and where you can travel from. It takes a couple of minutes and it means your name is in front of us the next time something comes up in your area.
